Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized Pilates programs tailored to clients' needs and goals
- Collaborate with physical therapists to integrate Pilates exercises into comprehensive treatment plans.
- Provide guidance on breathing techniques and mind-body connection during sessions
- Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all participants
- Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their routines as needed
Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess the following and Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge of anatomy and physiology
- Certified Pilates instructor with a recognized certification
- Experience in other fitness disciplines such as yoga, personal training, or group fitness
- Strong understanding of body mechanics and movement patterns
- Ability to design effective and varied Pilates programs
- Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Pilates
- Experience working with diverse populations, including those with injuries or chronic conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for helping clients achieve their fitness goals
